We started Latex Pillow Shop for a simple reason. Many pillows become hot or lose their shape sooner than customers expect. We wanted to offer responsive natural latex options with clear specifications and straightforward care information.
Why we only sell latex
Natural latex does the things a pillow is supposed to do. It springs back instead of slowly sinking, so your neck stays supported all night. It breathes, so it sleeps cooler than memory foam. And it lasts for years rather than flattening after a few months. Once you have slept on it, going back to foam or down feels like a step backwards.
We sell moulded natural-latex pillows, latex-and-fibre designs, mattress toppers and sleep accessories. Each product page states its own materials and construction so you can compare like with like.
A small range, chosen carefully
We do not sell dozens of near-identical pillows. We sell a contour pillow for people who want neck support, a flat Dunlop pillow for people who want a classic feel, and a U-shaped travel pillow for the road. Three shapes, one natural material, each picked to do its job well.
How we ship
Orders go out with a tracked courier, and delivery is free on orders of $100 or more (a flat $15 applies under $100). Including handling, most parcels arrive within 2 to 5 working days from the order date, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way.

Yes. We ship to every address in Australia with a tracked courier. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more, with a flat $15 charge under $100. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Including handling, most AU orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days from the order date. You will see live tracking once your parcel is on its way.
You can pay by card through Stripe or with your PayPal account. Both are processed securely and we never see or store your card details.
Each product page lists the materials and construction recorded for that item. Some products use moulded natural latex, while others combine latex with fibre or use a different material, so check the individual specification before ordering.
Latex springs back the moment you move, so it supports your neck without the slow sink of foam. It also breathes far better, so it sleeps cooler and does not trap heat the way memory foam does.
If your purchase is not right for you, our voluntary policy lets you return it within 14 days of delivery in resaleable condition. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us before sending anything back.
Keep the pillow in its washable cover and wash the cover, not the latex core. Spot-clean the core with a little mild soapy water and let it air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Never machine wash or tumble dry the latex itself.
The pillow has a natural latex core and a removable cover for straightforward care. Anyone with a latex allergy should choose a different material.
